Fanwood Planning Board Denies Residents Their Right to Speak After 2.5 Hours of Developer Testimony

On May 28, 2025, dozens of Fanwood residents patiently sitting through the hearing for the controversial 383 South Ave development were outright denied their state-protected right to participate in public comments after the Planning Board allowed the developer’s witnesses to speak for more than two and a half hours.
